Hi, pleasure to meet you. I’m Christina from Germany. I used to live in Russia and South Africa Republic because of my father, who was in an army, and now I live in Suwon, Korea with my husband and beautiful 2 children. I have enjoyed cooking since I was little and also cooked as a chef. Earlier this year, I happened to know Mustafa while shopping for my kid’s snacks. I was really excited that I saw the brand, a really famous one in Germany, and ordered Durum to eat. Amazingly, it gave me the same taste of German-style Kebab I used to eat in Germany. That was the moment when my instinct as a chef rekindled. So, I decided to meet Mr. Mustafa, the boss of the company and we had talked a lot and found out we had a lot in common. Finally, I became a member of this team. After 3-month training, I became a general manager not only in Sandu & Bingsu but Mustafa since this November and have been working as a person in charge of training affiliated stores. Most of all, I want to develop a special sauce for Koreans to be able to enjoy our Durum and Döner in the future. I can speak English, German, and Russian, so for those who don’t speak Korean well, feel free to call me to order or ask questions about our food. Thank You. 안녕하세요! 만나서 반갑습니다. 제 이름은 크리스티나입니다. 독일 출신이구요,군인인 아버지를 따라 남아공과 러시아에서 살다가 지금의 한국인 남편을 만나 두 아이를 키우며 수원시 인계동에 살고 있습니다. 어릴적부터 요리하는 것을 좋아했고 쉐프로서 활동한적도 있습니다. 올해 우연히 친구네 집에서 아이들의 간식을 고르던중 무스타파를 알게 되었습니다. 반가운 마음에 뒤룸을 배달 주문해서 먹어보니 어릴 적 수없이 즐겼던 독일식 케밥의 식감 그대로였습니다. 예전 쉐프로서의 본능이 되살아나고 이 일에 흥미를 느껴 수원 본점의 무스타파 사장님과 만나 많은 이야기를 나눴고 공감 가는 부분이 많아 곧 저는 이팀의 일원이 되었습니다. 3개월간의 견습을 거친뒤 이번 11월 부터 샌듀&빙슈와 무스타파의 총 지배인이 되었고 가맹점 교육 책임도 맡아 책임감을 가지고 즐겁게 근무하고 있습니다. 앞으로 특별한 소스를 개발하여 뒤룸과 뒤너를 더욱더 한국인의 입맛에 맞게 레벨업할 것입니다. 그리고 영어 독일어 러시아어를 할 줄 아니 수원에 계신 많은 외국인 중 한국어가 불편하신분들은 본 점의 전화로 음식에 대해 주문하거나 궁금한점이 있다면 친절하게 답변해드리겠습니다. 감사합니다. 오늘도 최선을 다 하겠습니다. -크리스티나-
